If you are unable to login to your MUSICLi account after signing up
  • Check and make sure that you've entered your UserName correctly. This is the same as your Account Name when you completed the application process.
  • If you can't remember your password, you can click "Lost Your Password?" on the login page and you'll receive a notification with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you never received a confirmation that your application was received, or if did not receive a notification that your account was then approved (or rejected), check your Spam and Junk folders. They're probably waiting for you in there.
